Ce weekend nous avons fait notre pélerinage annuel pour aller voir les lumières de la ville. Et comme Noah réclamait depuis longtemps, nous avons pris le train !
This weekend, we went for our annual trip to the city centre to see the Christmas lights. And at Noah's request, we went on the train!
Nous sommes d'abord allés au marché de Noel de St Enoch où nous avons pris notre gouter : hot dogs pour tous!
First we went to the Christmas market at St Enoch where we all had hot dogs for snack!
Ensuite, nous sommes retournés sur George Square pour admirer le sapin de Noel ainsi que le traineau et les rennes du Père Noel. Et puis surtout, la nouvelle attraction de cette année: la grande roue ! Noah avait eu la chance d'y aller avec la crèche mais à cause de la tempete de vent, Liam lui n'avait pas eu son tour. Mais quand on y allait samedi après midi, il y avait bien trop de monde. On a donc décidé de revenir dimanche matin et grand bien nous en a pris. Il n'y avait personne et nous avons ainsi bien pu en profiter!
After our sncak wewent back to George Square to see the giant Christmas tree as well as Santa's sledge and reindeers. And not to forget the new attraction: the Ferris wheel! Noah was lucky enough to go with nursery but unfortunately because of the wind storms, Liam missed out. Unfortunately, on saturday afternon it was incredibly busy and wecouldn't face the queues. We came back on Sunday morning and it was brilliant. No queues at all and we really got to enjoy the experience!
