Ball pool

A Noel, on a eu une piscine à balles. Si, si, rappelez vous, c'était là.

Depuis elle était dans un carton à prendre la poussière. Ce weekend, les parents ont décidé de la remettre en fonction. On était drolement contents!

For Christmas, we had a ball pool. Remember? It was here.

Since then, the pool had been in its box gathering dust. this weekend the parents decided to have it recomissioned. We had so much fun!

Et Amber prend le relais dans son panier géant quand on n'a plus envie de jouer!

And when we're done playing, Amber takes over in what she thinks must be her new giant basket!

Do you remember the boxes for the trikes?

Noah les aime tellement qu'il y passe des heures. Rajoutez des Duplos et il est le plus heureux au monde!

Noah loves them so much that he can spend ages in there. Add some Duplos to the mix and he's the happiest little boy in the world!

Enfin presque... "Je veux sortir!"

Well almost ... "I'm a little boy, get me out of here!"

Glasgow Green

Après le resto, on est allés se promener dans Glasgow Green et faire un petit tour à l'aire de jeux. Liam, notre nouveau marcheur, s'est entrainé. Il est encore un peu culbuto mais Manou veille! Noah lui a encore besoin d'un peu de soutien et il s'est promené main dans la main avec Papa. Au retour, on a enfourché nos tricycles pour retourner à la voiture.

After a lovely meal, we went for a bit of a walk in Glasgow Green and a visit to the play area. Liam, our brand new toddler, practiced his new skill under the watchful eye of Manou! Noah still lacks a little confidence and his Daddy was there to hold his hand. Too tired to walk, we rode our trikes to get back to the car!

Aujourd'hui Manou nous a tous invités au resto.

On est allés à West, un restaurant qui brasse sa bière, dans une ancienne usine qui fabriquait des tapis (Templeton Carpet Factory)! Un bien beau batiment et un resto qui nous a vraiment bien plu. On y reviendra!

Today Manou took us all out for a meal.

Mum suggested we went to West, a german restaurant that brews its own beer just by the side of Glasgow Green in the old Templeton Carpet Factory. A beautiful building and a really nice and child friendly restaurant. We'll be back!

Après notre balade en tricycle, on a trouvé un jeu bien rigolo :

Going back home after our walk, Daddy introduced us to a brilliant game:

playing hide and seek in the trikes boxes!

Tricycles - Trikes (Hogganfield Loch)

Pendant notre sieste, Papa est allé à Décathlon acheter des tricycles et on est allés les étrenner cet après midi. Au début Liam voulait juste marcher donc on en a pris qu'un pour Noah. Liam n'a pas marché très longtemps et a fini dans la poussette. Au bout d'un moment, Noah commençait à avoir froid et on a donc échangé. Mais rassurez vous, on en a un chacun!

While we were having a nap, Daddy went to Decathlon to buy trikes and we went to Hogganfield Loch to give them a whirl. At first Liam wasn't interested and wanted to walk so we only got one of the trikes out (but we do have two!). However Liam didn't walk for very long and took residence in the buggy. After a while Noah was getting cold and we swapped position.

Après la sieste

C'est dur de se réveiller de la sieste, rien en vaut un calin avec maman...

It's tough waking up after naptime and nothing helps more than a cuddle with mummy...

Black pudding

On dirait qu'on les affame ces petits... Ce matin ils se sont attaqués aux restes du petit déjeuner de papa, surtout le 'black pudding' (un genre de boudin noir relevé). Si on leur avait servi, ils n'en auraient jamais voulu, mais dans l'assiette de papa, c'est délicieux!

You would think we don't feed these two ... This morning the gannets attacked Daddy's breakfast leftovers and certainly got a taste for black pudding. If we had tried to feed them balck pudding I'm pretty sure they would have turned their noses, but in Dady's plate, everything taste delicious!

Noel - Part 2

Manou est arrivée pendant la nuit, on était un peu surpris quand c'est elle qui nous a donné les biberons ce matin mais on était vraiment content de la voir. Et elle nous a amené les cadeaux de Noël qu'on n'avait pas pu prendre dans nos valises, on était contents de les retrouver!

Manou arrived in the middle of the night and we were a bit surprised to find her in our bedroom this morning when she gave us our bottles. We were happy to see her though and very excited to be reunited with the Christmas presents we couldn't take back home in December!

A deux c'est mieux!

A force de se disputer le trotteur, on a trouvé la solution: on pousse à deux et ça va plus vite!

We were always fighting for the walker, now we found the solution: we push faster together!

Samedi soir - Saturday night

Qu'est ce qu'on s'amuse avec Papa!

Ce soir on a sorti la girafe et le zébre à frictions et on a bien rigolé.
Dad is such a big kid!

Tonight we had a right laugh playing with the girafe and zebra on wheels.

Ensuite Noah s'est entrainé avec le puzzle des animaux, pendant que Liam faisait le tour de la table basse en courant, ça le fait bien rire.

Then Noah had a quiet moment playing with the animal jigsaw while Liam was running around the coffee table, clearly finding it hilarious.

Bathtime

Ca faisait longtemps qu'on n'avait pas pris des photos dans le bain!

It was a while since we last took photos in the bath!

Bricoleurs - DIY boys

Papa est en pleine rénovation de l'appartement alors on s'est dit qu'on allait lui donner un coup de main. Comment ça marche ce truc?

Daddy is busy with flat improvement before we sell it so we decided to give him ahand. How does this thing work?

Raisins (secs)

Des raisins secs pour le petit déjeuner, quelle bonne idée! Sauf que ce n'était pas l'idée de maman mais des deux petits rapaces qui sont allés les chercher dans le sac de maman... Il n'y a qu'à voir la tête de Liam pris en flagrant délit!

Raisins for breakfast, what a great idea! Except it wasn't mummy's idea but the two gannets managed to get them out of mummy's bag ... Just look at Liam's face, it spells guilty!
